Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been placed, we accept cancellation requests up until the point of shipping. Once a shipping label has been created, we are no longer able to offer a refund unless the contents of the box are damaged and/or missing.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email that provides full tracking details.

Damaged or Missing Items.

We promise to always package your book boxes with the highest quality protective wrapping and use extra strong boxes. For an extra layer of protection, boxes will also be placed inside a mailing bag as well.
In the unfortunate event that your parcel reaches you in less than perfect condition, please email rmbbqueries@gmail.com with some photographs of the damaged items.

We will replace any damaged and/or missing items and if a replacement isn't possible we will refund.
